Robert Poutney

Robert's company is called FunkstylerzUK and he specialises in the LA street dances, which are the foundations of all modern commercial dance. Robert brings a good variety of strong routines, which involve all aspects of these street dance styles from the funkiness of locking to the illusion of popping to the dynamics of breaking.

Having studied under some of the creators of these dances, Robert has a strong knowledge of their technique and foundation and can teach these styles as they were originally intended from beginner through to professional level.

He has experience in teaching all ages and will be offering workshops in locking, popping, boogaloo and breaking and is very keen to demonstrate the benefits of these incredible dance forms.
