David Fielding

David Fielding

David is an agent at SRA Agency - one of London's most dynamic children's agencies. He is also a partner in SID Casting and works throughout London as a casting director in theatre, film and television.
David trained at London Studio Centre and Mountview Theatre School. He has worked professionally since a child and has been in the industry for over 26 years. David’s credits include National Tours of ‘Five Finger Exercise’, ‘In the Blue’, ’Boom Bang-A-Bang’, ’The Secret Garden’, ‘Wind in the Willows’ & ‘Funny Bones’. His repertory credits include ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ at Chesterfield, ‘Little Shop Of Horrors’ at Ipswich, ‘Godspell’  and ‘Beyond Therapy’ at Middlesborough of which he went on to be part of the subsequent tour. West End shows include the original casts of ‘Joey and Gina’s Wedding’ and ‘The Wedding’ for over a year and a half, ‘Bye Bye Birdie’ 'Bugsy Malone' and ‘Time of my life’ which he went on to tour nationally with Gareth Hunt and Anna Carteret, and Godspell at the Westminster Theatre.
 Television credits include a regular in the comedy team for ‘The Bottom Line’ and ‘The Nick’ for BBC.
David has also performed in over seven professional pantomimes and has worked extensively in children’s theatre including the ‘Tweenies and Friends’-CBeebies Tour, ‘Thomas The Tank Engine’ – two Arena National Tours, ‘Noddy and Friends Live’ National Arena Tour. David has written episodes for ‘Funsong Factory’ for ITV -Tell-Tale, Entertainment Rights where he devised and played the part of ‘Ozzy’ in fifty four episodes.
At 25 yrs David was signed with Energise records and Pride Records Australia working with Johnny Springate.

David is also a freelance Children’s Illustrator having trained part-time at Chelsea College of Art, he has illustrated two books and worked for several companies
