Melanie Orchard

Melanie graduated from the Italia Conti Academy in 2003 with a diploma in Performing Arts and ISTD Teachers qualifications in Ballet and Tap. After graduating she then went on to train with Anne Reinking at the Broadway Theatre Project, Florida.
She has since performed in various shows and promotional events and also worked for Granada media television.
She has choreographed and taught for a number of Performing Arts schools and has recently finished choreographing for Cambridge University Press and WISH Theatre.
While she enjoys all three disciplines her first love is dance, and she has been fortunate to work with artists such as Lemar and Lulu as well as working with a small dance company who are focussed on producing an innovative and new dance style.
Alongside her performing career Melanie has always taught part-time, and she has now been with SRA for over 4 years.
