rules & conditions of enrolment

Please ensure you read the rules & conditions of enrolment at The Academy before submitting a registration form.

1. Pupils enrolled for the part-time courses are required to obey the rules and regulations of the school.

2. Any pupil unable to attend class should notify the office on 01932 590441.

3. The Directors cannot undertake responsibility for any money or articles of value lost on the premises.

4. The Directors reserve the right to amend or alter the conditions and rules of the school at any time.

5. The Directors reserve the right to amend or alter the fees and classes as and when necessary.

6. The Directors reserve the right to ask for a pupil to be removed from the school for any of the following reasons:
    -  Should a pupil not respond to training.
    -  For misbehaviour or wilful damage.
    -  For poor attendance.
    -  For any breach of the school rules, conditions or regulations, etc.

7. Should it be necessary to close the school or cancel classes on account of epidemic or national crises, or any circumstances over which the Directors have no control, fee refunds or compensation cannot be given.
